What drives a woman to go back to her abuser?
I do not understand it. I helped a good friend escape her abuser just 2 short weeks ago. Now she is right back with him. And so, contract terminated. She is on her own.

Often the victim has been so abused they feel worthless and sometimes even feel it is what they deserve.
