Wife says the new boat is ugly and impractical

No it's very practable, pretty much bare bones and no options. It is for work. Live wells was standard but is now tool storage

Practical and safe are two good features of any boat.

@cherokeepatti it's new and safe
Sounds like your Mrs is “ nautically knowledgeable “
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@soar2newhighs she was raised on the lake
carpediem · 61-69, M
No underwater bow lights? WTH
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@carpediem it's for work
carpediem · 61-69, M
@MarineBob I know. A joke
Well, she disagrees.
LunarOrbit · 56-60, M
As long as it gets wet, its going to be great!
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@LunarOrbit the job I'm on is 4 miles away by water and on the water, boat will absorb all the profit but should be worth it
LunarOrbit · 56-60, M
@MarineBob What do you have pushing it?
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@LunarOrbit a small mercury 90hp
With these fuel prices, a lightened load goes further.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@checkoutanytime lightened load means more tools and equipment
Spokeskitties75 · 46-50, M
Is it a flat bottom? What is it?
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@Spokeskitties75 22' pontoon with plenty of deck space for work
Spokeskitties75 · 46-50, M
@MarineBob I love pontoons… they are extremely practical and a great working boat
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@Spokeskitties75 we've got two nicer ones that we love. This is a smell Ranger Classic a step below entry-level
Ugly is not good in boats
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@questionWeaver at least I didn't turn her Regency into a work boat
@MarineBob good decision!
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@questionWeaver went with the cheapest one and then got my discount.. didn't even get a hat out of the deal
