@elsa1025 Only to use plastic sheeting to protect your mattress, or incontinence pants just in case. Lowering your worry about the problem may reduce the occurrence of the issue - and incontinence pants for adults are much easier to get these days than they used to be.

I'm at the point where I'm thinking of getting myself a supply in, too.

I don't see bedwetting as an issue.

For the record, I don't really remember a whole lot from my childhood, but there are some things I actually do recall.

One of them was wetting the bed when I was about 6 or 7 and it only lasted a few nights.

After that, I was dry every night for about 7 or 8 years after that.

Then, in my early teenage years, I actually wanted to start wetting the bed again, because I realized how much I like it.
