Man I just had the weirdest dream about serial killers, gangbangers, and me buying an old used warehouse.
Also my dead grandmother was there.

I have been having equally bizarre dreams of unconnected things on the dark side for a week or so. But last night it was of my high school crush who only saw me as a free math tutor then and has been dead for nearly 30 years. In the dream we reconnected in college, and this time there were sparks. Now we both went to the same college, but our paths never crossed as she was a Sorority girl with rich parents and I was living in the student housing co-op and working a couple of jobs to survive. So the movie was a fantasy, and in color too!! Which is not the norm.

@dancingtongue you notice color or lack of color in a dream? Not something I focus on. Even when I first saw color television, the difference did not register for me.

@Poppies Most of the time it isn't starkly one or the other; more like vintage sepia prints. But occasionally, like last night, it is significant and memorable. Last night featured a wine-colored jeep which was quite distinct; the rest vaguely in color but not so significant. Why a jeep and why wine-colored and how that ties to my high school crush who drove her Daddy's big Chrysler Imperial with the tail-fins to high school, I am clueless on making any connections.

@JimboSaturn Honestly the weirdest part of this dream those like it are they take place in a familiar place, that doesn't at all resemble the place on real life. Like in the dream I'll be in my hometown neighborhood and recognize it as such, yet the place doesn't even remotely resemble my home neighborhood in real life. It's always somewhere in the middle I realize this isn't the place at all and that I am in a dream
