Did you own a tamagotchi in the 90s?

I know of someone that had one I believe was it some old school thing that was like a little oval egg-shaped thing and it was some animal creature or whatever and you had to take care of it feed it take it to the bathroom take it to a doctor if it's sick and care for it and it's like you negated it it died or died of old age or something like that

Yes i did .and i forgot to feed it regularly. Lol
