I really don't understand the racial politics of the states.

We don't have a Chinese Singapore, an Indian Singapore, a Caucasian Singapore just Singapore.

Likewise I don't hear about an Asian America, a Latino America and a German/Polish/Italian/White America. Only Black America.

If 13% of your population feel so disenfranchised they segregate themselves from a whole that way, there's a serious problem.

They dont, a minority of people who are loudest and recieve favorable media coverage push that nonsense, most people just get on with their lives.

It's more complicated than this. Black Americans didn't "self-segregate" but identity politics needs to end if we are ever to move passed segregation. I feel there are people on both sides of the divide who wish to preserve segregation and we all need to work to eliminate this.

Agreed.
The left has told minorities for generations that they are not as good as everyone else. That's why they need a affirmative action to boost their odds of getting jobs or into school.
Minorities have come to a point where they feel entitled.
When they get treated like everyone else in real life, then they cry racism.

@Budwick People can defeat themselves with their own negative attitudes.

I get so confused when I fill out forms
ethnicity:

the options are 10 pages long

I'm like where is brown
carpediem · 61-69, M
That's an idea promoted by the left. They catagorize people into groups. They always have. Divide and conquer.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@carpediem Their goal is to fragment and splinter society so badly that it will break down and then take it over after people are fighting between the groups. Old Commie trick, and then they have no qualms about discarding the ones who helped them get into power.

@cherokeepatti Agreed.
DUUUDE!!! Look back on the past 160 years of US racial history, and tell us what makes you think Black Americans segregated themselves!
