I'm guessing Bombay. The last photo shows people - who might be Indians an casual, modern dress - looking out to sea from the erosion proof ed curve of a bay. The second shows a long curved highway supported above water. I believe Bombay was building one and it may be complete by now. But the first photo stumped me. I googled images of capital cities with twin towers and a small island in the middle of a river; no images matched yours.
