They still made money, the mark up is insane.
Wallflow3r · 26-30, F
Ow! my brain can't! Give me my $100 back!
Poppies · 61-69, F
$100 I say. It doesn't matter if he used "that" bill to buy something from the store. Money is fungible. If he had pulled a different $100 out of his pocket to make the purchase, no one would think it relevant.
Gusman · 61-69, M
$130
The store never made the $70 he would have spent of his own money.
StevenIzzi · 51-55, M
@Gusman wrong
Skippyskiptic · 41-45, M
Eighty bajillion dollars
StevenIzzi · 51-55, M
@Skippyskiptic WOW only off by a dollar.
Skippyskiptic · 41-45, M
@StevenIzzi dang! Thought I nailed it
DCarey · 46-50, M
$100. $70 worth of goods and $30 change.
Nitedoc · 51-55, M
Impossible to calculate without knowing the base price of the goods he bought and the percentage of markup on the $70 worth of goods.
Havesomefun2 · 56-60, M

@StevenIzzi What’s the answe?
MrAboo · 36-40, M
$170
StevenIzzi · 51-55, M
@MrAboo unfortunately, that is incorrect.
Mathematically $100.

In RL terms , about $30 + $21 , as stock is marked up generally around 300%, therefore roughly $51 .
