No no no. You don't usually forget unless you drink a lot really fast. It relaxes you and lowers anxiety and increases dopamine. Dopamine is basically a feel good chemical in your brain that works with your reward system.

@nightjourney it can, but that's true of most mind altering substances. It doesn't as such make you do anything, it just lowers inhibitions. So if you're a bit of a prick sober, you will be more of a prick drunk. I just get more talkative and friendly.

In my culture we drink rum, dance to Latin music and smoke hookah to keep the buzz going. they dont drink to be depressed. They drink to live in the moment. I rarely drink tbh. Today is one of those days though 🤣
