MLK will always be the face of racial injustice in America. He was able to "rally the people" for change and bring a voice to those who had been silenced and ignored. Anything he accomplished, he accomplished through peace, never being associated with or connected to "domestic terrorists" of the times.
No, he was not perfect, but he was a good choice to be the voice and face of change.
