Ohh wee!
That will fix everything.
irishmolly72 · 56-60, F
It's like Lenin playing basketball.

I thought the US was self sufficient in oil, doesn’t that mean you can set your own prices?
robb65 · 56-60, M
@meJess Was.
Heartlander · 80-89, M
Maybe Biden can just give us all other thousand dollars so we can buy the latest made in China iPhone or maybe a better made in China TV?
Pelosi isnt going to allow it, it seems her state is dependent on federal revenue
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
Nothing to see. Just another fuck up where nobody benefits. That includes the people and Globalist's dirt bags.

It's getting nobody anywhere including themselves
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@FreestyleArt at least with President Trump most got 600.00 checks
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
@MarineBob I didn't get it and wouldn't care. This country will restore when Trump gets back.

The way I'm seeing things from Political leaders stabbing Trump's back. It won't phase Trump and so as us.

These political elites are getting weaker
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@FreestyleArt yeah the idiots said i made to much money to qualify
Roadsterrider · 56-60, M
Amen brother, I drive usually 1000 miles a week doing customer visits. Sometimes I fillup 3-4 times a week depending on the range I have to drive.
Virgo79 · 61-69, M
Biden is an economic genus 🙄
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
fuel tax is the primary source of funding for road infrastructure/maintenance; many of which are already in poor condition...

so, again, democrats pull funding from other sources in an attempt to save face; so they can complain about it later and drive the national debt up even further...

give it a few months, they'll try to ram another costly infrastructure bill through congress that'll cost us more in taxes in the long run...
Too bad he didn't try for a windfall profits tax, instead of a tax cut.
Given the meteoric upward trajectory of gas prices, not sure how long the "savings" will last. I'm concerned that Biden has been depleting the strategic reserve.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@BizSuitStacy
I'm concerned that Biden has been depleting the strategic reserve.
Me too - key words STRATEGIC reserve. It's supposed to be for military use in the event of war.
@Budwick Yep. I can see the left bleeding it dry...and then the "unplanned" catastrophic event occurs.
I think the Tax Holiday idea is pretty pathetic, and I get the Biden Green Energy thing, but I also doubt it would be around 2$ a gallon even if Trump was still in office.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@MistyCee
t I also doubt it would be around 2$ a gallon even if Trump was still in office.
Don't forget Mistee - Trump does indeed have a magic wand.
Heartlander · 80-89, M
He suggested states do likewise.

Uhhhhh .... pssst, states don't print their own money and most have balanced budget and no deficit spending laws.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Heartlander yeah like California is gonna knock off their gas taxes for 3 months.
Funtoy4u · 61-69, M
Screw the tax suspension, just open up production and get the d@mn prices down to where they should be!
MarineBob · 56-60, M
So now the small gas station owner must pay someone to come reprogram their their shit

@Darksideinthenight2 You don’t get it do you? Passing one stimulus after another and printing up money to cover it. It will keep inflation going.

He's not 100 percent at fault for the prices but his policies are a huge factor for them, he promised to disrupt the fossil fuel industry when he was campaigning for President, people seem to have forgotten.
Google it and see his promises.
He is in over his head and now trying gimmicks to fix things.
@FreeSpirit1 you're right about that campaign promise. People have short memories.
kodiac · 22-25, M
I guess that's better than using the oil we have here .NOT!

It's just an election gimmick. His stupid staff, who came up with this idea, (because Joe is too stupid to HAVE ideas), think the American public are as stupid as THEY are.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@4meAndyou every solution the Dems have for problems is idiotic at best.
smiler2012 · 56-60
@Nimbus 😆would joe be as cock sure nimby if he had too run manchester united for for years it was easy
robb65 · 56-60, M
I'm just wondering if they will try to make up the lost taxes at a later date.....
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@robb65 will just print up more money out of thin air which means even more inflation on top of what we are experiencing now.
robb65 · 56-60, M
@cherokeepatti I was kinda wondering if they might double up on the taxes to make up the difference.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@robb65 Sounds about right. Gas taxes are supposed to pay for road project costs and grants to states isn’t it?
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
It’s like putting a band-aid on a broken arm for many people who are just barely surviving.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Onestarlitnight It’s a pittance compared to the increase in gas prices.
@cherokeepatti
It's actually kind of insulting.. it's literally crumbs to the starving.. this administration is a bad joke
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Onestarlitnight Exactly that, it is insulting to us. Every time they pass a stimulus they fill their deep pockets with the bulk of the money. Always finds a way of circling back to them. They get the meat and we get the bones.
