Should America terminat the US constitution?

After falsely claiming that he won the 2020 presidential election Donald Trump asked whether he should be immediately returned to power. Then he added "A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great 'Founders' did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!". I think something like that would only benefit Trump so America should keep the Constitution. Cheers!

@Longpatrol Maybe there is something in the constitution that says you can. Trump was Commander in Chief when he formulated rebellion so maybe he should be tried by a military court and then shot if found guilty of being a traitor to his Country. Cheers!
