I read Ivana Trump died from "Natural causes"

If she was in her 70's I would hardly call that "Natural" in this day and age Was there other suggested causes I haven't checked Wikipedia.?

The latest I read was that the ME ruled it an accident. Apparently she fell down the stairs. The initial reports claimed it was a cardiac arrest.

People of all ages die of natural causes. I had a friend in college who got Hodgkin's and died at 21. Ivana Trump had a heart attack. Quite a natural cause.

@RedBaron One would t hink with my medical background I would have greater clarity of what exactly constitutes a "Natural cause of death" I've just kind of assumed it was a long-time, chronic condition where a negative prognosis is expected, something like Congestive heart failure or COPD that can go on weeks, months, or even years.

I read a stroke and then fall was possible.
They aren’t going to say homicide at the moment.

The possibility was stated since she was found at the stairs and she had a hip injury but no one was there and there could have been a manipulation.

She evidently died of injuries from falling down the stairs. I guess that "natural" in the sense that they fell it was an accident and not something else?

What i read, was she had a bad fall that injured her internally and never recovered. At that age is when falls become serious.

That’s puzzling, because she appeared to have taken a fall down some stairs. That would be accidental death, wouldn’t it ? I didn’t read that she’d been in poor health otherwise. 🤔

@bijouxbroussard That makes a lot more sense. It's too bad. I don't know much about her, saw one interview, she seemed well grounded and generally affable.
