I'm struggling to find a way to fit into this world. Always have. I really don't get it, and the world really doesn't get [i]me.[/i] I'm a survivor of just about any kind of abuse you can imagine. But I did survive. I'm still here (for now). However, my survival strategies worked so well and for so long, it's hard to stop identifying with them and let them go so life has a clear shot at finding me. Yet with all the spiritual (not religious) work I do on myself, it's working (some days are better than others). Still, this is a very lonely place for me. I would like to find others of like mind and like experience to share stories and feelings with.
As an INFJ, I'm not interested in small talk, toxic and inconsiderate people, manipulation and deceit, people who take and rarely give, chaos, having to compromise my values, and any form of cruelty.
I've always wanted to find that special person who just "gets" me, and can accept and care about me unconditionally. I've developed a meaningful, conscious connection to my True Self, and would love to find others to share that with. Might you be one?
