I had an interview earlier today for an underwriting trainee position

The interviewer seemed to really like me. He seemed to worry that I was overqualified, and I told him that this is still my first job, so it'll probably be enough of an adjustment to keep things interesting.

Guess that was convincing enough, and he told me that he's setting up a second interview for later this week. Might be able to snag this one, hoping that whatever's been holding me back this whole time will be completely overcome by the fact that this job is way below my station.
