If I was the King of England, I'd have already decreed that Brexit is a done deal long ago, regardless of any formal agreement. I'm somewhat surprised that Queen Elizabeth hasn't, already.

The seemingly endless delays and resulting uncertainties harm both the EU and UK economies, and don't help the global economy, either.
