Trump is on Epstein's list and there's evidence against him that if it came out would be an issue as he would have to be arrested. The Supreme Court is also paid for so right now Trump can do whatever he wants

@MistyCee I keep seeing things even reagan appointed judges are saying Trump is committing against the law but then the Supreme Court just said Trump can do whatever. They just ruled that Trump could keep knocking down the education institutions so it seems like he's breaking laws but the Supreme Court who seems to be the final say just allows Trump to get away with murder
@SatanBurger It's a mess, no doubt, but I still think Roberts institutionalism is the key to SCOTUS. The Justices, like a lot of Congressfolk, are afraid of the havoc Trump can cause if anyone actually tries to stand up to him.
As of this moment, I think he pretty much can do whatever he wants, with the mid term elections and worry over a backlash as the only really significant speed bump.
Republicans trying to back off of stuff in the BBB is a good sign, but I doubt the Courts will do much except maybe to minimize the worst of it until the voters speak again as to what kind of a country they want to live in.

@MistyCee Trump is trying to redistrict several states so he's trying for a third term and there's news talking about how he might get it.
@SatanBurger He's not really smart enough to do that on his own, and even if we could live through a third term, I doubt he could.
I'm not saying it's not a concern, but if Congress doesnt change by 2026, we're likely to see far worse impediments in 2028.
Think about masked Feds outside the polls deciding who can and can't vote.

@ImNotHungry Oh I wouldn't doubt he's in it, that's why they lied and said there's no files.

@MistyCee I'm thinking ice agents will make an appearance to intimidate the community
@SatanBurger And not just the community. Trump's intimidation of everyone is kind of key. He's already done a number on the press, and every federal employee is petrified.
