@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I would have thought that videos, clearly taken from a TV program and from WEF talks, were not conspiracy items. Unless these were conspiracy actors. (Did you check to see if there is a pilot by that name? No you didn't.)

@WalterF Nothing you have provided is evidence of anything. Just random videos of conspiracy theorists using their own conspiracies as evidence.
You claim to have a background in science. If that is true there are only two possible conclusions. You have thrown out everything you were taught and abandoned science and critical thinking entirely or you are just another grifter pushing a con.

Put both together and you've a veritable hive under your hat!
I would expect the pilot of [i]any[/i] aeroplane [i]anywhere [/i]to be fully healthy, fully alert and not affected by [i]any[/i] medication (including side-effects of cold remedies and vaccinations against [i]any[/i] disease), alcohol or illicit drugs.
It doesn't matter if it's political leaders flying to their annual jolly in Davos, or you and I on the helicopter to the Scilly Isles. Frankly, I'd hope the crew of any aeroplane I use are as fully vaccinated against all inoculable diseases as I am.
So why this para-political rant against expecting it of any particular one group of aviators? Besides, if the plane crashes, even if it does not fall on people on the ground, the crew are just as likely to be killed as the passengers; but don't their lives matter either?

@WalterF I don't deny his having done so but if you believe you have the real reason (similar, I guess, to your fears about the safety of vaccines), I would wonder if you have direct contact with Herr Schwab!

@ArishMell The real reason is that he knows that pilots - force-vaccinated to keep their jobs - don't all make it after vaccination. Heart problems. He doesn't want his Davos mates ("millionaires and billionaires", according to Sunak) to run any risks.
Zero compassion for the "useless eaters" (a WEF term), but strong worry for his own.

@WalterF I thought Schwab is a money trader or an economist, not a leading cardiologist!
I would imagine the pilot's own employers are already very careful with their crews' health anyway, irrespective of anything Schwab thinks he "knows" about it.
Sunak may well be right about at least some of Schwab's friends, but whoever of them said "useless eaters" in whatever context, that sounds something best ignored as plain silly.
