Fair is fair...

The thing about polls in the USA is that Conservatives have a tendency to not answer them. My daughter worked for a polling company one summer and she said most Conservatives would identify themselves as such and tell her they didn’t want to answer the questions and tell her why. There is no scientific method of doing this if one party or even the conservatives who are independent don’t want to answer those surveys.

Those Polls only target High Democrat Strongholds. Because even Liberals in my neck of the woods were upset that they went after Trump. The reason was that it opens up every President before and after to an investigation. Remember, they through away over 240 years of precedent when they raided Trump. The one President that should have been raided and wasn't, would have been Nixon.

I think most Americans would like to see Joe and every other law breaking politician serve hard time for their transgressions.
We've seen what happens when we catch and release criminals.

thankfully we are a nation which holds its miscreants accountable through laws and courts. not public opinion polls spun by partisan media outlets.

One has cooperated, one has not. Both should face actions. The degree of those actions should be based off the defiance!

They both violated the same laws, and there is nothing in those laws about any number of those documents being allowed.
Therefore, equal treatment under the law should be enforced.

I would imagine the same "Americans" who feel Biden should face no consequences for illegally acquiring and storing classified documents, would put Trump in front of a firing squad for plucking a nose hair.
