Regular exercise, a "Mediterranean Diet" heavy in vegetables and seafood. Low sugar and processed food intake, Clean air and clean water, No tobacco or drugs... Low stress levels and stay away from Fox TV completely...馃樂

@Roundandroundwego In all probability Yes. The clean water is the easiest and the one the developed countries are failing worst at. Look at the continuing Flint Michigan debacle and Oil Fracking. But China and india both have awful water Quality and rely on boiling and bottled.. Thats close to half the global population having bad water..馃樂

@whowasthatmaskedman collective action will never even be a thing to focus on in conversation. Gaslighting everyone to the ecocide!

@Roundandroundwego Not in America I agree. But some of the "Nanny states" are having more luck...馃樂

Stop eating all that fried food, and stop having melted cheese in everything might help.
Roundandroundwego61-69
@ArcticDave gee, personal choice would never change much. I guess failure is very popular in the dying class.

@ArcticDave Between deep tried, melted cheese and melted chocolate, the whole US food intake is covered really..馃樂

@whowasthatmaskedman it's not even one one hundredth of the lifespan loss of last year. Keep dying younger -. It's all you agree to know.
Cease over-eating,
cut out most saturated fats except for 2 dice worth per day,
cut out all sugar and highly processed foods,
reduce total calories to around 2,000 per day for the average adult (moderated by age, gender, hight and activity levels)
exercise every day,
abandon all TV, IT and phones for a min * hours per day to permit decent sleep.
For adults no more than one standard alcoholic drink per day, 5 times a week.
Help kids learn nutrition, cooking, shopping, enjoyable exercise, and good habits for life.

Consider running campaigns against unhealthy foods and habits (same as against tobacco).
Add lifestyle education into schools.

Consider changing health insurance rules. Very contentious point - but what would happen if there was no payment for medical treatments if the illness is caused by destructive lifestyle habits? Exceptions for people with genetic problems or issues not of their own making.
