Trump hotels overcharged Secret Service protecting him, House panel says : NPR

In case you were wondering ...

According to the documents, the Secret Service was charged as much as $1,185 per room per night, nearly five times the government rate, which is set by the General Services Administration.

This is a far cry from what Trump Organization Executive Vice President Eric Trump claimed in 2020 — that rooms were provided "at cost" to the Secret Service."

Easy for Democrats to attack Trump's businesses when none of them have ever actually held jobs in the private sector. Except for Biden getting $900,000 for a "professorship" at University of Pennsylvania that didn't actually involve teaching any classes.

Everything he dose? @antonioioio
@antonioioio Really? The four years he was in office he sent his salary to charities. The four years he was in office he lost money in his business ventures in order to try to straighten out the mess the US was in after 8 yrs of the American/hating, closet Communist Obama…

$1,185 is less than half the going rate per night
OggggO · 36-40, M
@Thorstormbringer What the hell does that have to do with anything?
@OggggO It has to do with how Democrats treat our troops, among other things…
OggggO · 36-40, M
@Thorstormbringer So, no. Got it. Now go away until you feel like being relevant.
