GA election fraud lawsuit update: Trump's guilty

A California federal judge on Wednesday said then-President Donald Trump had signed a sworn statement asserting that voter fraud numbers included in a 2020 election lawsuit were accurate, despite being told the numbers were not correct.
U.S. District Judge David Carter made the disclosure in ordering lawyer John Eastman to provide more emails to the congressional committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by Trump's supporters.

Eastman was one of Trump's attorneys when the former president and his allies challenged his 2020 election loss to President Joe Biden.

That’s perjury. And aside from the petty charge he’ll never deal with, it’s implication of his own guilt in a situation he has denied all along. Trump’s gonna need an extra dessert or two after this week.
I don't think you get extra desserts in prison.

@Tres13 Aw, our little angry troll. Remember this, feeling are not facts.

And the facts are, your boy's in a lot of trouble and all his friends are going along for the ride.

Wouldn't you just love to been the one to pass that bit of information along to him?
Dan193 · 31-35, M
Wait, so he was officially found guilty for voter fraud?
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@Graylight you mean all those dead ppl that voted online?
Graylight · 51-55, F
@Dan193 Again, voter fraud rarely happens. Ever.

In fact, an AP investigation found only 475 cases of potential voter fraud in battleground states won by Biden.

These are the facts. Verifiable, repeatable, vetted and analyzed. They are not open to interpretation, they are not malleable. To believe something without the proper understanding is simple ignorance. To continue to believe it in the face of truth is idiotic. But if you want to continue with this, I'd avoid comparing rates of what fraud does exist, because it makes the Republican party look like criminals.

Like its a surprise that Trump tells lies.. Perosnally I would charge him, just so he has to hire more lawyers..😷

@Graylight Normalizing is insidious and everywhere in America. The Individual states are eroding rights and freedoms in the name of protecting people from the Federal Government. Both Major parties are funded by the same groups and the funding limitations are being removed. Natural disasters and tragedies are being used to cover financial issues that pre existed and all to cover the r@pe and pillage of the economy in the name of greed. The whole society is being normalized to the idea that greed, selfishness and privilege are good.. And its working.
And it has destroyed the America that was a world leader..😷
Graylight · 51-55, F
@whowasthatmaskedman Now listen, if you're gonna inject all kinds of truth into the argument...

I agree completely. I occasionally ponder it - I mean, how far can we go? And if we go too far, do we really think we control the Universe? Sometimes things don't work out - we've also normalized the victor-celebrating-defeat-of-bad-guy trope from the movies.

But it's going to take people to look around and say, "This is not normal, "We do not accept this as normal" for things to change. Most will die staring up at the rain with gullets open wondering why they're drowning. Unfortunately, we've also normalized detached stasis.

@Graylight In a word.."Yes". Now throw in the US trade deficit, who it is owed to and the attitude of other nations to America, my opinion is that America is past that tipping point, with no concerted effort being made to stop the rot. Its time to get out of Dodge if you want a future for your family.😷

I swear to God that bufoons head is gonna explode someday, literally explode and I hope its on video.
I predict your post will soon be visited by trumpies quick to defend him😂
Laws aren't for the rich and powerful.
@Graylight Dude, if I had any power to jail Trump, I'd do everything I could. But we've watched this guy break laws, not just non-stop, but publicly for six years straight. The DOJ knows they can lock him up, but they won't. Maybe one day Leftists will run the DOJ and things will change, but that's not going to happen in Trump's lifetime.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@BohemianBabe That could all turn out to be true. But I maintain hope for justice as a personal exercise. Maybe we'll all end up pleasantly surprised.
@Graylight I can't be that optimistic, but I do think Trump's life will at least show people that there is no meritocracy or justice under Capitalism.
