There is no conservatism in any of what they are doing, saying, or acting on. There are no conservative policies, principles, ideas they are promoting, communicating, or practicing. People like Herschel Walker and Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert and that fat slob, Cry-Baby-trump and Matt Gaetz are simply, although effectively, hate-signaling to "the base" for donation-mining and asking for votes on, "Do you hate the same people I (claim to) hate?'"
