Why is war a permanent feature of humanity in the conservative view, but something we should outlaw for the rest of us?

So glad I chose to plant a plethora of perennial Sedums this season....

Weird how something as simple as gardening turned our conversation into some so pleasant.

@Budwick The thing about us Everyday Humans is..., We have much more in common than we do in difference.
Allowing political subdivisions to divide us all is in fact one of our most current, and newfound shortcomings as a people, and society. A shortcoming that if not corrected will enslave us all to higher powers.

Which I might add..., Is Exactly How THEY Want It !
It's exactly what THEY strive for every single day at the direction of their World Bank overlords....
(But I'd rather not get into all of that as it's well beyond most people's understanding)

Be that as it may..., I try to recognize it and work around it as I continue along in my daily life....
I wish more people did likewise.

I shunned the gardening and instead trimmed bushes and tree limbs for 3 hours this afternoon.
One of my tree's limbs were obscuring the view of a street sign, and that's been bugging me for weeks.
It was hard and careful work up on that ladder placed against bendable limbs....
It all left me drenched with sweat and quite tired.
I wonder how many of my neighbors will appreciate what I went through so that they can see the signs clearly as they approach the intersection ?

Pretty sure most of them will never even notice as they stare at the sign they couldn't see yesterday.....

Such is the way of our todays.
No matter how I wish it wasn't...

@Budwick Not only that, but Soros is an ultra lib, and puppeteers very violent groups like Antifa. LBJ escalated the war in Vietnam in the 60s. Hillary Clinton profited off of wars and the Benghazi incident. Liberals seem to be the war mongers here.

The only party sowing hate, division, and discord is the leftists. I have not seen a shred of unity from Obama forward.

Did Russia give Ukraine an alternative to war besides Volodymyr Zelenskyy leaving the country and submit to them.
Ukraine fought back and committed to a war against Russia. There was no room for negotiation and Finland and Sweden finally realized the monster they were living next to.

Most normal people don't want war. Lots of leaders don't want it; even Lincoln didn't want it.

But @Pfuzylogic said that we need to be prepared for it; esp. in such turbulent times, to be unprepared is to be prey.

Switzerland has both national service and a big navy...odd that a landlocked country would have the latter, but the Swiss realize that navies are an important branch of power for countries, a deterrant, and their national service is ALSO a deterrant.

But Themistocles told the Athenians that the silver they found in mines should be used to build boats & learn seamanship. That one voice made Athens a sea power and saved the Western world from being taken by Darius or Xerxes from Asia
