Two infamous rulings... one very bad court...

GrinNude · 61-69, C
They were hoping the SCOTUS decision would blow over by November. It won't and IMO they will lose badly in the midterm elections. No amount of posturing or gerrymandering will save them from the wrath of women and those that love women. They will be wishing they could rescind a women's right to vote.

@G00GLE There is thankfully no mechanism to prohibit a woman from traveling for an abortion. This needs to be fully funded for transportation, accommodation, meals and the cost of the procedure. Canada will as a moral imperitive step up the training and facilities including accommodation to provide safe procedures in what ever level is required to accommodate the needs of these Women as an immediate priority.

@GrinNude The Nineteenth Amendment to the Constitution. Very specific.

@pdqsailor1 some companies are doing that. Notably Starbucks which has decided it will do all this for all employees that aren't in a Union.

What a dystopian country where Healthcare is at the whims of the corporate overlords. It's a nice gesture, but it shouldn't have to be.

Supreme Court is speedrunning the civil unrest category

The American Taliban establishes minority rule through the Court and its rulings.

@JaggedLittlePill An Illinois Representative even admitted it at the Trump Adoration Event this past weekend.

@windinhishair Yes, I think I commented about that a few days ago...she comes from Northern IL (where I now live)

I believe she realized her politics align with those of the people in the Southern half of the state and made her way down there for that very reason. (I grew up in the southern half of the state...)
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@JaggedLittlePill That's a red part of a blue state, as you know. I live in a similar area in another state.

They have skewed priorities
pdqsailor1 · 61-69, M

@pdqsailor1 Yesterday, the court ruled that the Bremerton (Washington State) School district, was wrong when it fired the football coach, for insisting on praying during football games. Specifically Christian prayer.

This means schools and religion are back in business, together.
pdqsailor1 · 61-69, M
@Northwest so three fucked up rulings.. I am a JEW.. as a child we were forced to recite a Christian prayer at the start of school each day... I refused to open my MOUTH... and if they read the constitution of the USA it says that no law be passed on the basis of religion... a bad court... is a bad court.. and this one is now infamous...

@pdqsailor1 Under His Eye
That's crazy but probably due to economy, as people we are just in a system working to pay off capital debt. More people lower debt in their eyes. But elite envision change threw span of years...they don't really care about the gen masses democracy is a front.
Well depicted! 😖
