Guns are certainly not going anywhere, and the Court has pretty much gutted the role of public policy where historical individual rights may be implicated.

It's a little more carefully crafted with more hooks than Heller or McDonald, but I'm thinking stocking up on guns or maybe emigrating may not be a bad idea.

They decided that the law requiring people in New York to prove "proper cause" - or a good reason - to carry concealed firearms in public violates the US Constitution. In this way, more people now have the right to carry concealed weapons in public.

They have expanded gun rights. Fact.
