Black Judge Gives BLACK THUGS Light Sentence Because 3-Year-Old White Victim is “RACIST"

A couple thugs did what they do best- break into a home to steal and threaten the people with guns.

But when Wallace was brought up for sentencing Feb. 4 in Jefferson Circuit Court, it was the parents, not Wallace, who suffered Judge Olu Stevens’ wrath.

The Grays were not in court as Stevens denounced their statements and granted probation to Wallace, whom he said deserved the opportunity to redeem himself.

And you wonder why....

There doesn't seem to be much rhyme nor reason as to how they handle legal cases.

This "Wallace" character will screw up again. Hopefully next time he ends up dead when he breaks into someone's house.

I was trying to figure out what you were referring to. Googling, this looks like a news story from 2015. In that story the judge said the frightened 3-year-old was not responsible for things her parents might have said. He also said that the victim statements were not the reason for probation being granted.

@BohemianBoo The part where he said he was appalled that she would be scared of black men just because 2 of them held her and her parents at gunpoint traumatizing the girl and that her being traumatized didn't have any impact on letting a person committing 2 felonies, maybe 3 depending on interpretation of the law get out with a slap on the wrist instead of prison that would be normal for such crimes.
