Baby Formula Maker Abbott Reaches Deal with FDA to Reopen Michigan Plant – Could Take Two Months Before Product is Available on Shelves
After destroying the baby formula market, Biden’s FDA Head says the firm that he shut down for three months can now open.
The Biden FDA shut down Abbott’s Sturgis formula plant three months ago.
The firm that owned the plant refuted claims that its formula was to blame for the deaths of four babies that used its formula. The firm investigated the causes of those babies’ deaths and none were related to its formula.
Abbot Laboratories said it reached a deal with the FDA to reopen its Michigan plant – but it could take two months before product hits the shelves.
Biden administration was asked if infants can live for two months with out food.
The response was something like;
[i]"We will work together, and continue to work together, to address these issues, to tackle these challenges, and to work together as we continue to work operating from the new norms, rules, and agreements, that we will convene to work together...We will work together"[/i]
