I know I'm going to regret this, but why? Why would they bother? What would they even gain? Control? If it is control that you think they're after, then what exactly do you think they stand to gain from it?

@KiwiDan look up the documents some governments have made on this subject. Look at the head of the BIS in an interview literally saying "we will have control over all transactions, in real time". Now if you cant see how this will be used as a tool of control....i dont really know what to say
