How is this tided to Biden?
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
I heard they were having a sale on Kellogg's corn flakes.
You can prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for six with one box.

@Thinkerbell Nothing says Thanksgiving like carving the box of cereal.
babieseatcrap · 41-45, M
@Thinkerbell popcorn and toast on the side
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
@babieseatcrap
And an ice cream cone for dessert (just the cone, no ice cream).
Except at the Bidens' mansion, of course; plenty of ice cream there.

Charging guests? That's the holiday spirit 🙄
Love the look on her face. It says, "I wonder if my audience is buying into this bullshit?"

@JimBeam why don’t everyone just get together at Golden Corral where they can stuff themselves with their favorite foods and go back for 3rds or 4ths then. Cheaper than making all that stuff and everyone can spring for their own meal 😂 MSNBC didn’t put that option out there did they?
JimBeam · M
@cherokeepatti
No they didn't, and that's because they had no intention of giving money saving holiday tips. She was just flipping us off with words.

@babieseatcrap Eventually, when people like Biden turn this country into The United States of North Korea, we will ALL be allowed to have nice bowls of white rice on Thanksgiving...brown rice for every day!
babieseatcrap · 41-45, M
@4meAndyou I cant wait pass the boiled dog please

Organizations like NBC want to bring down traditional America.
They won't address the real problem.
Senecaa · 70-79, M
Why ditch the turkey n start charging guests?
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Senecaa I don’t know. I bought a small turkey on sale for less than $10 a few weeks ago and put it in my freezer. Up until then the turkeys I saw for sale were $20-30 or more and I wasn’t going to shell out that kind of money for one. I would have bought two nice chickens and had them roasted instead. So I had a choice of turkey, chickens or the Cornish game hens I bought and decided on turkey since I already had it.
curiosi · 61-69, F
When I first heard this I thought it was so ridiculous that it had to be a joke from the "Babylon Bee". Turns out it's actually true and you got to wonder who ties these people's shoe laces.
Senecaa · 70-79, M
Surely the turkey is a part of thanksgiving why give up having a turkey n many guests it's all part of it.

@emptysoul44 No respect for America’s family traditions for sure
4meAndyou · F
I actually listened to that segment. It was difficult, though. 🤣 As I recall, one of her suggestions was to make it an Italian Thanksgiving...with pasta.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@4meAndyou I learned to make meatballs smaller and cook them in tomato sauce and that makes them tender. Also make a meatball with rice & cinnamon tomato soup and cook the same way. The boy loves both of those.
4meAndyou · F
@cherokeepatti That sounds really good! Unfortunately, my brother's partner likes them hard, unseasoned, and really DRY...and they don't use real spaghetti sauce. They use tomato sauce out of a can...then cook the pasta for 20 minutes...😝

She does have class. It's all LOW class, but class nonetheless

That reminds me, I better call and see if there's any stores open here tomorrow. I gotta get some wine or something to take to the dinner.

@JimBeam a lot of stores are closed tomorrow, even ones usually open here.

MSNBC is drawing a lot of criticism online for this idiotic story. She’s giving all of these tips and probably eats in a nice restaurant or has a meal catered if she dines at home. Absolutely clueless about what ordinary people can do to save money
AbbeyRhode · F
In other words, "get used to not eating, suckers, because we're a Communist regime now, and peasants don't eat in a Communist regime."
Muldoon · 56-60, M
@AbbeyRhode Amen!
