We knew he had documented brain damage from two aneurysms. He had surgery for them before the surgery was perfected, in 1988, so there was bleed and damage inside the brain.
He was told at the time that he would see increasing inability to focus and to speak clearly. He told his doctors that if that was all he could deal with it.
Obviously he can't. Extensive damage like that only gets worse and worse with age.
At a live event, such as this town hall, his handlers can't cut off the sound...which is what they normally do when it gets bad on the air.
His cabinet are a bunch of criminals. The fact that they do not declare him unable to perform his duties as President of the United States means that they would rather have an incompetent, and SICK President in office in order to hold on to their power.
