You heard me. Nobody who has ever contracted AIDS has actually died directly from AIDS. No one.
They all died from some other, secondary disease that they contracted while their immune system was compromised by AIDS. Therefore, technically speaking, not a single AIDS patient has ever died from AIDS. AIDS hasn't directly killed anyone.
