Many people think media giants like Facebook, Twitter, and Google aren't doing enough to curb anti-vaccine conspiracy propaganda. If Biden had said, "Big Tech needs to pay more attention to false information being propagated through them," everyone would have yawned. But if he says "Facebook is killing people," that gets more attention.
If you think every utterance from him is spontaneous, you're very naive.
