I give him credit for keeping this quiet from the dumbocrats. It doesn’t matter what this man does someone is always gonna have something negative to say about it.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@SW-User Did Zonuss say something negative here? 🤔
Kind of hard to not give him credit since he made the order. But some people who simply hate him always find some aspect related to him to complain about.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@12345abc “But anybody sitting in that office would get a call to say, we have him. And he said, go get him. What’s he going to say, don’t get him? And he gets all this credit? It’s a lot of crap.”
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@12345abc
All Trump did was approve the mission. If he even was a part of the decision making process.

Zonuss · 41-45, M
@12345abc You can't just disrespect people and think it is ok. It is not. 🙂
GJOFJ3 · 61-69, M
It was well planned and executed, as Commander in Chief of our Armed Forces he definitely deserves credit
Trump is no Military Strategist, he isn't "smarter than all the Generals", I wouldn't be surprised if we learn that he wasn't told very far in advance for concern that his insatiable ego would tweet about it and blow it before it could happen as in his dramatic tweet "Something very big just happened", without any explanation.

Trump was Brilliant as always! He Told MSM and the Democrats he was pulling our troops out. Just as Trump planned, MSM and the dems blabbed it all over the world "We're abandoning the Kurds" Then the rat stuck his head out to find we went nowhere! Pure Brilliance by our president!!!
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@JT123 I think it was pure luck. But he also had to put back more troops because he was too impulsive. And he still has a lot of opposition from the
Republican Party concerning his conduct and the information he has released to the public. Not to mention his associates who are almost non existent at this point. 🙂
@Zonuss His impulsiveness of announcing the pulling of troops and then people dying because of it, could have brought charges against the USA of Crimes Against Humanity. "A deliberate act, typically as a systematic campaign that causes human suffering, or death, on a large scale."
@Harriet03 If those clueless hipster coffee house commandos made the choices of who leads this country we would be as fecked up as England in 3 months!!
Northwest · M
I will give him as much credit as he gave President Obama, when Bin Laden was taken out. He did give President Obama credit for that, at the time, right?
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Northwest No. He slammed Obama for that actually. 🙂
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@MistyCee What about this tweet? Does it show much modestly on Trump’s part?
@SimplyTracie that sounds like Trump.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@MistyCee Yes. No one says it better than Trump.
Sure, why not. Except he ruined the moment with his crass description of the killing and by informing the Russians before our own Congress.

This won’t increase his polling numbers, either.
@LeopoldBloom Let's hope on the polls.
Fernie · F
I don't believe a word of it....now he says a dog hunted the guy down and killed him.
@Fernie But who let the dogs out?

(Sorry, I couldn't resist)

First of all, the p.o.s. killed himself. And he was only a symbolic leader at the end. What I found interesting is that this action was in place for months and it got totally upended when Trump announced we were pulling out of Syria. So I'd say this all happened in spite of Trump.
And I'll also add how disgusted I was with his speech announcing it. He was pimping his book alongside using words that may very well incite violence here and in other countries.
SmartKat · 56-60, F
I was under the impression that military operatives did that.
@SmartKat including one special canine.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@SmartKat Yeah, but if there was a school shooting he would go running in to save the day (and possibly the kids), alone. According to him, of course and hypothetically.
NIC0LE · F
Good job on doing your job Mr President. You get a 🌟
NIC0LE · F
@ExperienceDLT hey look, I've been waiting to issue out this gold star to him for almost 4 years. Just let him have this one. 🤦🏾‍♀️
@NIC0LE ok ok well maybe you can give it to him for worst presidential haircut
NIC0LE · F
@ExperienceDLT *sighs* fine. 🤦🏾‍♀️
Harriet03 · 41-45, F
Apparently Trump offered him immunity in exchange for dirt on Biden!! 🤣
MissTaken · 36-40, F
@Harriet03 😂👍😂
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
I could have sworn that Trump was in the US and not Syria - it was US troops risking their lives not Trump

He announced the death of a terrorist. Funny how we still can't seem to get on the same page and be happy about that. Gotta find something wrong. Can't just accept the little victory.

I personally didn't read into it so much that I think it was self annointed or arrogant. I'm glad the terrorist is dead. The credit goes to the president for a reason.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@GlitterBug I support the fact that our US military was the reason for this success. 🙂
Ynotisay · M
@GlitterBug You don't think him pimping his book, and how he did it, was arrogant? Who else would make this operation all about himself?
GlitterBug · 22-25, F
I have yet to see his actual speech so based on what was presented here, nothing he said came off as arrogant or speaking about himself. You may be correct, the president definitely has a knack for saying stupid shit but here I didn't see any. So I can't answer to that.
@Ynotisay
Let's just wait till another democrat creates another warlord so that another republican kills him and the cycle goes on and on.
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@PiecingBabyFaceTogether george makes shit up as he goes
@MasterLee Why are you all talking in riddles 🤔
@PiecingBabyFaceTogether You said Democrats create warlords. So Reagan was a Democrat?
YMITheWayIM · 46-50, M
I hope it brings peace.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@YMITheWayIM You cannot be serious. 🙂
Sure,but not as much credit as he gave himself.
SW-User
Yeah. He killed bad guy.
Tatsumi · 31-35, M
Idrc. I'm very conflicted on this sort of thing, as I'm like half-pacifist and half-warmonger. It's pretty complicated. As for credit, it wouldn't have happened if he had stopped it or refused it as Commander in Chief. Generals may take credit for their troops actions, even if they didn't take the risks or do the dirty work, just the same.

It's the same in business, really. The peons at the bottom do the heavy lifting, and the guys at the top take the credit--and the discredit. That's basically what being in a position of power is, isn't it? You get the responsibility, and with that comes both the credit and the discredit. As a leader, you're responsible for what your troops do: both good and bad.

No if you continue to bomb enough areas your bound to get lucky eventually
And you have a problem with this because ???? He's a white man ? - I did not have a shit fit whe President BO killed Bin Laden. God !
@Zonuss OK what else - dont say Obama Care because we all know that a pile of BS
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@MarmeeMarch Obama Care. Like you do realize that he did keep the US economy from going over the cliff like George Bush did. The numbers didnt just go down on its own. 🙄
@Zonuss OK fine - I am not a news whore - in fact I dont watch the news at all
No different than Obama spiking the ball for Bin Ladin. That's what presidents do.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@puck61 Of course I can. And I am. 🙂
@Zonuss I see that! 😏
SmartKat · 56-60, F
@puck61 President Obama did not kill OBL; military operatives did. But I for one never said he did.
