That's the way the free market works. It's not a "low ball offer" if it's accepted. If it were too low, another buyer would have outbid her.

Of all my many issues with Trump, how he buys real-estate isn't one of them. Nor is it a problem with me in relation to Senator Elizabeth Ann Warren of Massachusetts.
