Not unless it is physically on their body
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@MarineBob Meaning.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
Firearm should be physically on the teachers person and not to be out of the holster unless they're ready to use it
No, teachers can be crazy motherfuckers, too.

A quick google search will give you an idea of what some have done.
@MarineBob The US President doesp´t have the kids best interest as a priority´, Only his rich republican pals´interests.

Any idea that comes from Trump pretending to solve a problem is laughable.

The US is now the laughing stock of the world.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Underconstruction Well that was my point, and that goes for even the responsible ones.
@Zonuss Exactly, I agree with you.
SW-User
No its a silly idea, but not my country!
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@SW-User I see.
cycleman · 61-69, M
*lets steal the teachers gun*

times are a changing eh
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@cycleman Oh yes that would be a problem.
cycleman · 61-69, M
@Zonuss and I thought I would be a bad ass and steal their apple. lol
Crazywaterspring · 61-69, M
Most campuses already have police officers assigned to each campus. Guns will be stolen or lost constantly if left in the classroom.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Crazywaterspring Some have armed guards but there needs to be a more intimidating presence nowadays.
VioletDreams · 36-40, F
I didnt know that the solution to gun problem is more guns.
VioletDreams · 36-40, F
@Zonuss i suppose but wasnt there an armed guard already on campus?
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@VioletDreams There was, but he declined to confront the shooter. So he was dismissed from the school.
VioletDreams · 36-40, F
@Zonuss exactly, so no it wouldnt even help if they were armed guard on site.
Justenjoyit · 56-60, M
Well if i was in charged, I would bang all the peoples heads together who are in favour of keeping guns then take them all away, and say no children you cant have your guns back 😊

My kid's school have guards. Also metal detectors at the entrances
Zonuss · 41-45, M
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
I think it’s unreasonable for a teacher to have that added job description. It’s so horrible the the armed guard for the school cowered and did nothing. There must be some crime he committed that lands him in jail right? Personally I see a well trained larger force say four minimum well armed at each school inside and outside and connected to all seeing video.
smileylovesgaming · 31-35, F
@jackjjackson my kid's school has a lot of video cameras thru out the school and out
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
It depends who is watching and what is done with the information. In thinking back when my kids went to elementary school the principals office with the door always open was right inside the entrance. No one came or went without his knowing. @smileylovesgaming

Guns have no place in a teacher's hands at a school. It will just lead to additional deaths by mistake or purposely when the gun is misused. WTF is happening to us that we now are talking about guns instead of what our kids are learning?
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
The next school shooter won't even have to bring a gun to school - just wrestle it away from some old lady in the home room.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@QuixoticSoul Hmmmmmm.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@QuixoticSoul The only other difference is he won't kill as many, because she won't be armed with an AR-15.
SW-User
No. It's a dumb idea.
