I Think Women Should Be Allowed to Go Topless As Men Do

I don't see a problem with it. Here in Vermont its 100% legal, but you very rarely see it, and then it's mostly hippies and hard core nudist if you do.

Same in Ontario but they had to specify that you couldn't make money while topless because there were suddenly lots of topless squeegee girls.
