@JaggedLittlePill exactly. The age of consent also doesnt mean much. There are states that say age of consent is 16, but not procecutable at twelve. Projection is an understatement.

@DymondHed alright, i googled it. And although they amended the proposed bill, the initial intent was to allow marriage at any age. In my mind, that was leatherwoods intent.
