Today he was charged after a multi year investigation based in part upon the damning NYT article showing his fraudulent business practices and his evasion of taxes and the improper basis to raise rents on inflated maintenance charges to his buildings... It should be noted that these charges are civil which has a very much lower standard of proof to be effective.. the amount sought is in excess of $250 million dollars - an amount that when he is forced to discharge this debt to NY state will likely bankrupt him...

AND...

The injunction was lifted against the DOJ having full access for review of the secret documents he improperly was in possession of at Mar A Lago.. The indictment on this one when it happens will be criminal in nature not civil and as such if merits jail time.
