What's the penalty for driving uninsured where you are?

Where I am, it's a $300 dollar fine. I found that out the hard way a couple of years ago.

I think it's $200. Most say that is cheaper than insurance for the year. lol
I point out that is true ONLY if you are stopped one time in that year. Even so... a couple of fines would still be cheaper.

I could be wrong but I think they can seize your car if you do that here.

You get a fine and points on your license too
