@Andromedanian oh yes they do. I had one and they really zapped the heck out of them. But don't get a cheap one. In fact, if you have a big place I would put one at each end of the porch. And you can buy one of those torches for mosquitoes and that really keeps them away nicely. I forget what you call them but I think they're like a wax candle inside.
