Have you ever experienced déjà vu in certain of your daily life?

Idk why, I feel like I had experieced certain events just like this before.

Oh yes, here and there throughout my life.
I've heard that it's your brain "fact checking" memories. preventing a person from misremembering.

I found this:
déjà vu occurs when areas of the brain (such as the temporal lobe) feed the mind's frontal regions signals that a past experience is repeating itself.

After this, the frontal decision-making areas of the brain effectively checks to see whether or not this signal is consistent with what is possible. It will ask ‘have I been here before?’

Yes.Once I remembered something as it began to happen.I remembered how it would end and I was right.Nothing big just a car stopping so the woman passenger could throw up.A little unpleasant to witness is all.
Sometimes I can watch a TV programme, think I've definitely seen it only to find out the programme is new and never shown before.
I have to be careful with that. My mind can get really confused about what I experience. I mostly try to stay present in the moment and not attribute things to moments that will confuse me. Sorry, I’m a weirdo.

@DarkHeaven not a weirdo, everyone deals with things differently. You know you need to focus on the here and now.
@chuck7882 I just can’t trust what I think I see. So déjà vu is a bit complicated.
I often feel those moments are to remind me that I am where I should be.
