Can you understand the eternal Now ?

I can.

To grasp what you are asking, one must define the meaning of "eternal" and "now". Both these terms are related to "time", as we understand it.

"now" means the present moment. And "eternal" is defined as "everlasting, without end or beginning". So, what does "eternal now" means? This phrase is a confusion of terms in the conventional use of English. It's typical of word salads, the jargon of new-age spirituality.

Perception is reality, and our reality is a material one as informed by science (i.e. physics, biology, chemistry, etc.). As such, we see ourselves as biological organisms, human beings living on planet Earth in a space-time universe.

"Time is the continued sequence of existence and events that occurs in an apparently irreversible succession from the past, through the present, into the future," says Wikipedia. This is consistent with the physicist's, as well as, our consensus worldview of time.

To understand "eternal Now", one has to put science aside and ditch the stated principles of physics with regard to the nature of reality. Is that possible? Science, through the use of reason, has shown the falsity of God as a real thing. Can we use reason to prove that time, a fundamental dimension of physics, is an illusion and not real also? If we can, then our reality is a timeless domain. Then, "eternal Now" means the state of Nothing.
