My neck hurts sooo bad I don't know why maybe i sleep bad but omg its almost unbearable

For me that often happened if there was a draft or cold air (not sure which) on it while sleeping. Eventually I figured to always keep it covered, like with a turtle neck or even some handkerchief. 😐

Stretch it gently and use slight resistance against. That usually helps me.
