Almost bought a couple of used golf cart concessions from the pictures they sent

Decided at the last minute that I wanted to see and drive them. It's not what they sent me, they even took the concession off them. Waiting on their bosses now.
Did they really expect me to buy sight unseen. One doesn't even have a battery in it. It's almost just enough to make me want to change brands.
