@SW-User The long history of this phrase can be traced, more recently, to Mexican activists who used it in support of the Ayotzinapa 43 — 43 students who were disappeared in Iguala, Mexico in 2013. But… it is a variation of a line by Greek poet Dinos Christianopoulos. He wrote, ‘ what didn’t you do to bury me
but you forgot that I was a seed.’ 🤔
