I do t know what to do with them.

I'm cleaning out my garage today I came across a big blue bin full of photos.theres a million photos on cds also. I've never looked at those. Do people throw this stuff away? What do you do with them if they are just taking up space? Thank you.
Likely you have thrown them out by now. I have an album of photos. Don't even know who some of the photos are, but my mom had this album. So it must have mattered to her. Kept it for that reason and for the thought that maybe these are the last photos of some people that exist on this earth. If I were to trash them, these people would really be gone and dead then. That thought is enough to keep me holding onto them.

@Spoiledbrat They would'nt know any of these pictures.lol
I'm giving mine to my niece and I don't care if she likes it. 😀 I showed my hub what goes to her in case I die before him. My sis can have them if she's still alive. @Eddiesolds

@Spoiledbrat I think that she would be happy.

When my mother died I cleaned out her house. My brother said he wanted the photo's. He stopped by three times to load up on stuff he wanted each time leaving the photo's. Childhood was pure HELL and I wanted nothing to do with memories of that time so I threw them in the trash. Couple days later my sister in law stops by to pick up the photo's. Too late garbage man took them away.

@curiosi none of these go back to my child hood. Maybe 30 years back.it just feels weird throwing them out. I just dont ever look at them .

@curiosi I threw my moms pictures away, but kept the ones of my sisters and brothers.

Especially if they are family photos, sooner or later you will be very glad you have them. If you don't want them, ask if any of your relatives want them.

Don't throw them away make a photo album ... I have boxes and boxes of photos my parents and grandparents took and I'm going to put them all in an album...
Pretzel · 61-69, M
there are two schools of thought
save them for your kids after meticulously cataloguing them and making notes about who/when/where

or you could say "haven't used them..don't need them...nobody knows I have them"

and trash them
Eddiesolds · 61-69, M
@Pretzel yes iv3 tried that after times in my 20s. I loved it. Buddies brother took is always. We always made the shells that we were going to shoot. We worked for it. Lol! You're funny!
Pretzel · 61-69, M
@Eddiesolds thank you kindly! :)
Eddiesolds · 61-69, M
@Pretzel you're welcome
I would go through them and throw away bad ones and give some away.
I put the rest in albums so they stack better and stay nice. A lot of my photos now are digital. @Spoiledbrat

@Spoiledbrat they would look good in albums.I dont think that will happen. It's nice that they stay look like when I picked them up. So they are ahit organized I guess. Lol!

If you don't throw them away then it sounds like they'll just sit in that big blue bin for 30 more years. If there is no one in your family who wants them then put them out with the trash (unless you want to keep the bin). 😊 Its sounds like you don't really have an attachment to them, so lose the pics and free up more space.
Eddiesolds · 61-69, M
@SW-User Good plan. I'll take a look at at a couple of those cds. I think I'd like to see those.i just cant beleive how many photos those stupid thing hold. Crazy

If you don't want them, ask family or others who might have an interest in them.

I always like to throw unnecessary stuff away.
By the way: Thank you very much for the gift. 🙂

Eddiesolds · 61-69, M
@Loretta78 I'm thinking about you. I'm so sorry
Loretta78 · 46-50, F
@Eddiesolds It´s ok. Thanks. 🥺
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
I might be willing to take them
Eddiesolds · 61-69, M
@Jackaloftheazuresand I dknt even talk to these people. Do I sound like a wacko? Lol!
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
@Eddiesolds The only bad luck is to keep them from finding new life.

I don't suppose
Eddiesolds · 61-69, M
@Jackaloftheazuresand I'm dumping them. 8d rather have that space. The blue bin is going also. I'm just throwing out so much stuff again. I dont even look at it anymore. This isnt the first time. It's all just clutter.lol

I'd check them out, maybe they are some family history there?
Peaches · F
Give them to your family. 😊
