on windows 11 can you still pick a desktop wallpaper like you can with windows 7 and windows 10

i'm reluctantly going to have to get a new computer running windows 11, as i still have a windows 7 computer, so im trying to get familiar with windows 11....id heard lots of bad reviews about windows 11..

anyway one question i had was can you choose a desktop wallpaper picture on windows 11? like you can with windows 7?
