Is the world too engulfed in technology?

Absolutely. No wonder so many, especially the younger generation seem unable to cope in the real world or with real life struggles.

It has become an extension of our being.

this worries me. I have 3 nephews, 2 , 3 and 3 1/2
EVERYTHING i have read about kids and screen times.
( not ANY till they are at least 5 years old..)
it changes the way ones brain develops,, and I thing so many of the anti social nerd types we see are due to growing up in front of screens , instead of the faces of family and freinds

Most definitely. Not just children. Look at us adults. It's ridiculous. I really wish we would have stopped at dial up internet and phones that were just used for talking....says the hypocrite who's typing this.🙄

I read recently that instagram is making teenage girls even more insecure and wrecking their self confidence.

I don't know what can be done about it but the platform is clearly a pest.

If the modern world had to endure just a single week without electricity, most couldn't cope, and I imagine many would even kill themselves out of depression... 🤔

Too young I agree. Would’ve been better not to have grown up with movies and video games. On the plus side I can’t stand playing video games
