Earwax ads show the ethics of Google [I Hate Google]

Does anyone else here get these earwax ads? They are completely disgusting. [b]You are targeted with them if you turn off 'personalised ads' in google.[/b]
I have worked in marketing. I can assure you no real company would allow their brand to be ruined with a vomitous ad like this. The actual product has a 1 star review because it doesn't work - it all exists to manipulate us to switch 'personalised ads' back on.

"Truly, We do not provide any technical support for such issue as this is not related to Google ads." Yeah, right.
